The ultra robust MULTIMATIC PRO is ideal for artisan, semi-industrial businesses: it divides up to 1,600 dough pieces per row and hour at the highest level gently and accurately in weight terms. What both models have in common is the hygienic design, an extended weight range for a diversified product portfolio made from conventional bread roll dough.
