The ROTAMAT EN is ideally suited for the dividing and round-moulding of dough of different consistencies and recipes. Classic bread roll dough, mixed and special bread roll dough, pretzel dough, Berliner dough and sweet dough.

Moulding intensity, moulding space height and moulding time are variably adjustable. The dough-friendly operational principle preserves the structures of the bakery items for best artisan product quality.

Classic bread roll dough, mixed and special bread roll dough, pretzel dough, Berliner dough, sweet dough, heavily pre-proofed dough and even dough with a low yield do not pose any problem for the ROTAMAT EN.
