Drive Through

The second door of the ROTOTHERM Drive Through allows the oven to be used as an efficient germ and hygiene lock. Whenever baked goods need to be produced where the production area must be separated from the logistics area, e.g. to keep the baked goods germ-free before packaging, this variant of the tried-and-tested ROTOTHERM rack oven with a door at the front and rear (drive-through) can really come into its own. This can be just as relevant in large shop and supermarket bakeries as in the production of egg-based or gluten-free baked goods. The oven can be used as a real hygiene lock, as the doors are also locked against each other to prevent easy access.
