When the parents of Christian Sieberer started the bakery, they already placed great importance on operating independently and flexible.  This philosophy is still very much at the heart of the company today.

Christian Sieberer is master baker and confectioner by passion, can also handle a screwdriver and wrench, and has acquired great expertise in production planning and control. He knows the processes in his bakehouse down to the tiniest detail, and knows how to put the WP MULTIROLL to effective and versatile use for his product range on a daily basis.

The town of Filzmoos, where the bakery is located, and its surrounding area is very much a tourist destination. When the parents of Christian Sieberer started the bakery in 1968, they already placed great importance on operating independently and flexible. This philosophy is still very much at the heart of the company today, which operates with two production sites and a dedicated bakery store in the center of Filzmoos.

Catering and hotel industry, wholesalers and regional food retailers are reliably supplied from the two production sites. With his excellent instinct for developments and trends in the bakery trade, Christian Sieberer has started to focus on the production of deep-frozen, partly baked small bakery items and pastries as early as 1990 – a step that has ever since given the operation additional flexibility in day-to-day business.

Production is usually run in two shifts. Bread, small bakery items, and pastries are baked in seven ROTOTHERM rack ovens. Christian Sieberer has continuously developed the two production sites over the years, always with an eye to optimizing processes and making best possible use of the existing capacities.

The WP MULTIROLL system for small bakery item forms an integral part of production, and can impress with its versatility. It can produce a wide variety of shapes and grammages from 40 to 120 grams. 

Among others, Sieberer bakery uses the system for the production of the famous Goldsemmeln – a protected word and design trademark held by the business. The popular 120-gram Bosna rolls are also products on the MULTIROLL. The master baker and confectioner particularly values the system’s precise processing and the freedom to quickly switch shapes and weights during production.

The MULTIROLL also performs reliably with larger quantities – a reliable partner in the daily routine of the bakehouse, regardless of whether classics or specialty products are required.
